Dear friends,

I need help in knowing what to tell women who are breastfeeding who used to
get Micronor bcp but now are being sent home on Ortho Novum 777.  Due to
extreme increase in price for the low-dosage pills no unfunded women are able
to receive them.  I'm being told that this is true in all the clinics but
have no confirmation of this.  Here in central Texas about 40-50% of the
mothers in my hospital are pending Medicaid and so breastfeeding or not this
is what they get.

I'ld like to hear what you think I could say.
