Reading all the Lactnets tonight I had to smile when I remember back 14
years ago to when my second child was born in a hospital in Virginia.  The
woman who helped me probably didn't have any "credentials".  She was the
elderly, sweet faced Korean cleaning lady who didn't speak a word of
English.  She came in to mop the floor, saw me struggling and showed me
exactly what to do.  It is important to try to be humble.  Nancy Sherwood in
