There was a fax and email that one metal ring has broken on a sling.  Child
carried was safe and did not fall.  Asked that dealers not sell any of their
Maya Wrap slings right now, as they are examining the weld on that ring size
within certain dates from their supplier manufacturer to identify the
possible scope of the problem.
