I decided to go take a look at "Institute for Child Health" mentioned in
that article.  I take it from the quoted passages that this is the one
in England:

I went to "search the site" in the left hand column, and entered in
"sponsors".  That brought up a whole bunch of "access denied" pages,
some of which had exerpts available that talked about Wellcome.  Given
its spelling, I assumed this was not a general "welcome to the site"
type of word.  ;-)  I then went back to the search engine and entered in
"Wellcome" and found a whole lot of links to sponsorship from
Glaxo/Wellcome.

Am I mistaken, or do they make some sort of infant food (synthetic type)
that is to "replace" mother's milk?  I thought they did, but I may be
wrong...

Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree here, but it would seem that there
is a large chance that this "4 months is just enough" study is a bit
biased due to the possible source of funding.
