Could someone give me information about becoming an ILCA state affiliate.
 We're interested in doing this here in Idaho.  If anyone has any personal
reflections on doing this I would also be interested.  We have a fairly
active breastfeeding promotion coalition here and although we have only two
IBCLC's we were wondering if joining ILCA would give us more official clout.
 We are pretty spread out here in Idaho, so if there are some other Idaho
LC's out there in cyberspace with some feelings on this let me know.
