        A new smoker is quite likely to be very sensitive to the
cardiovascular effects of nicotine,  as she has not become overly tolerant
at this reduced dose.   One of the most profound effects of nicotine is
peripheral vasoconstriction.   Vasoconstriction in the mammary bed would
profoundly reduce milk production.
