1. I get lots of invites to pediatric medicine conferences.  They never have BF :-( so I've decided to start sending the flyers back to the organizer of the conference. I'm writing "interesting! No office management of breastfeeding included."

2. Tip from a dermatologist.  My sil recently had a fungal rash under the droopy boobs.  Those of you well endowed know what I mean.  After she was cured with ketoconazole (Rx, but clotrimazole works too and it is OTC) she started this new tip. Thoroughly dry under breast and swipe under breast with stick deodorant!  It's horribly hot here.  I don't ever remember sweating so much, so I've tried it for past week and have been much more comfortable :-)
