I'll answer the easier question of who is not owned by Nestle Waters. ;-)

Dasani is bottled by Coca Cola, Aquafina by Pepsi.

At least some of either Costco's or Sam's/WalMart's house brand water is from Niagara Water, which is a independent, family-owned water company based in Southern California, with bottling plants all over the US. (I don't have a bottle right now which says this, but I remember looking it up. Just don't remember which store it was from.)

The bottle of Member's Mark water I got at Sam's Club is bottled by First Quality Water, which is a part of First Quality Enterprises in Great Neck NY, and appears to be a privately held company.

Anyway, the bottle's from Sam's/Costco of their private label water either say who bottles them (and I've only seen non-Nestle companies listed0 or they just say distributed by Sam's/Costco, which at least give plausible deniability. ;-)

Other than those, every one of the regional brands that I've seen in big-box stores across the US has been owned by Nestle Waters.
