What an ugly predicament!  Lawyers who would pursue such a case are
certainly the scum of the earth!  I think it is important here to just keep
validating the importance of the father in this baby's life, but emphasizing
the value of breastmilk as well.  I can't imagine *any* baby leaving Mom for
7 days, no matter what feeding method is employed.  Don't antagonize Dad,
just insist that the breastfeeding relationship, though temporary, has great
merit for the baby.  My thoughts and prayers with you and the Mom!
