It was very interesting to read about Karen Foard's experience with
cabbage leaves.
In certain parts of India cabbage leaves are used traditionally to
treat engorged breasts. I didn't believe its efficacy till my wife
used it and believe me it worked. It appears to be effective to treat
severely engorged breasts when even hand expression is painful
(forget the pumps).
But remember anything too much can be harmful
