Barbara: I think there are some strong clues pointing to the need to
improve positioning and attachment.

I am not sure what graze one one means, but 'very sore' is not normal.

I take it this means the baby was coming off after a short time, crying or
agitated.   Not normal.

Poor positioning and attachment explains both of these.
