Barbara,

I apologize if it has been too personal.  I have kept a lot of it off  
the list and individual with people because of that.  I've seen other  
discussions recently about WIC and although there certainly was a  
personal event that got it started, I thought that the issue of  
whether IBCLCs are paid by WIC irrelevant to other degrees they hold  
might be of interest to people other than me. In fact, the number of  
people who have written to me personally and the comments they have  
made leads me to believe that it is of interest to others.
