This pre mature milk fussiness really fits a case I just saw yesterday, and
yes they supplamented during the night. When mom came in, she was convinced
that she had no milk. But just to look at her, her breasts were pratically
popping out of her shirt and hitting her in the chin, she looked so full (but
not yet engorged). They nursed in the office and went from "no Milk" to
leaking through her clothes.
