A few weeks ago, I made an inquiry about the cost of vitamin D test on
another listerv. I got the impression it was covered by most insurance
companies. However, I just received report from another RD that her test was
not covered by her insurance (although they usually cover other labs) so she
has to pay $135 out of pocket. Yikes!
