A pal of mine shared this story and said I could pass it around:

'Did you see Melinda Messenger talking with Jeremy Clarkson early
this week? They talked (obviously!) about her boobs and silcon implants, and
M said (something along the lines of) "but they will still do what they are
designed to do - feed my babies!" JC said something about "won't it be
mostly silicon?" and she said something technical about the op. and then
*repeated* the bit about "that's what they're for - to feed babies!" to
which JC replied (something like) "and I'm sure they'll do really well!" '

Note for non-UK: MM is a model and TV presenter famous for her enhanced
bosom. JC is a very  'laddish' presenter, usu. associated with fast cars!
