Does anyone have a good comeback for a pediatrician who just last evening 
told one of our mothers that "......while breastmilk is an A+, formula is an A." 

How should I counter that one and does anyone have a specific reference I 
can supply to this doc, (other than maybe Riordan and Auerbach)?
I am too tired to think about this tonight and I am still shaking my head as 
well.
