NABA keeps a list of formula recalls on its website at 
_www.naba-breastfeeding.org_ (http://www.naba-breastfeeding.org) . I have  kept the list since 1982 
and update it as soon as a recall occurs. There is also  an action called a 
market withdrawal, where a manufacturer withdraws the product  prior to a formal 
FDA recall. These are not required to be filed with the FDA,  so there are 
probably many more "recalls" that what actually gets listed.
