Dear Lactnetters,

 I am a new IBCLC and a RN in an intercity hospital. My supervisor wants an
inservice with the focus on pain as it relates to breastfeeding.This could
encompass sore nipples,engorgement and discomfort associated with
breastfeeding as it relates to a vaginal delivery or c/s. Please advise if
you have any good resources or additional topics of interest.The whole
research search is overwhelmimg. This inservice will be targeting staff in
mother/baby units,peds,intensive care nursery and transitional nursery.
Thanks for your help and suggestions. I really enjoy reading your comments
as I learn from you all.
