I initiated this system about 6 months ago.  It is working very
well for us.  If the nurse assigns 3 scores of 9 or higher in a
row, then the nurse does not need to chart subsequent feedings
unless a problem occurrs.  It allows every nurse (and MD, too!!) to
clearly see how BF is going and where problems may lie.  It really
helps me when I am asked to assist moms.
