I have to respectfully disagree with a couple of recent posters on this
issue.  I found the Molly Remer article I mentioned before, and Molly
herself cites a presentation by Diana West at a LLL conference a few years
ago.  It's actually a blog post, and the comments are useful anecdotally.
My takeaway when I first read it is like many other things moms ask me
about:  Different moms are affected by different things, and this is one
diet change that a number of moms report affects milk supply.  It may or
may not happen to you, but it's something to keep in mind and just pay
attention to any changes you note so that you can continue to make an
informed decision.  I tend to put up a cautionary flag if moms are removing
entire food groups from the diet, unless that group is junk/processed food.
