Of course the mother can breastfeed taking colchicine.  In fact, there
was a recent study in a pediatric journal that showed that the amounts
in the milk were unmeasurable.  But I did not copy it because I did not
think the question would ever come up.

Of course the French doctors tell the mothers not to breastfeed.  They
tell them not to breastfeed because it ruins their breasts.
