I have a client who had a shot of Depo 3 weeks ago at 6 weeks postpartum. She called me then because the baby was fussy and gassy and her milk supply had decreased (no surprise there!) but did get a full milk supply back. She called today saying that since then, her daughter has been fussy, gassy and constipated to the point of not nursing and giving her soy formula, which doesn't cause the gas and discomfort. She has eliminated dairy from her diet.

Just wondering, has anyone seen Depo affect a baby like this?
