I've been wracking my brains to get around this problem without success so
I'm posting to Lactnet.

I would like to purchase a Whittlestone breast expressor. Unfortunately they
aren't available in Australia and won't be for some time it appears. I can
buy from an online store but have found that the shipping cost would be $100
US- that's over $200 Aus and with a purchase proce of $300 US it is just
prohibitive. I was wondering if there is anyone who can think of a cheaper
way to get one here?? Unfortunately I don't have any friends going to the US
any time soon otherwise I would get around it that way.... it's not everyone
you can ask to courier such a 'dubious' piece of equipment!
