One more thought here:  If "weaning" is the process of moving away from the breast, but if it is defined only
in terms of what the child is eating (e.g. "weaning begins with the first taste of solid food"), doesn't that
subtly undermine the broader purposes of bf?  In other words, I'm not sure we can say when babies *begin* to
wean -- maybe the first time Dad rocks the baby to sleep, maybe at birth itself.
