  An LC friend & I are putting together a grant and need help quickly.  The
grantors want the following information & I'm hoping someone knows this or
can point me to sources.
  overall US bf rates (1996 or most recent)
  bf rates @ 2 wks (or % failure @ 2 wks)
  bf rates for premies @ delivery
  bf rate @ discharge for premies
  bf rate @ 6 wks for premies
  protection rate by bf for respiratory infections (ex. 3x, 8x, whatever)
    (or #x sicker for abm)  ear infections
                            g.i. tract infections
