Teaching to PARENTS is not the same as teaching to clinicians.
Bottle-feeding and formula-feeding should not be taught to parents in group
settings because doing so is considered "promotion." 

Parents who want or need information on formula, bottles and/or teats should
be taught how to use those materials 1:1 as needed. 

Clinicians must know how to use all sorts of interventions, as well as when
to NOT use them. Teaching clinicians about therapeutic interventions is
appropriate. 

These aren't simply my opinions - WHO and UNICEF have thoroughly discussed,
investigated, and considered these issues for over 20 year.
