There is no evidence that maternal DHA supplements will improve the IQ or
long term outcome of infants.  The company that manufactures it is pushing
Moms in the USA to believe they don't have enough in their milk because, as a
nation, we eat relatively little fish when compared to the rest of the world.
 Yes, you can increase the DHA in your milk if you take the stuff, or eat
more fish. BUT, there is no evidence it will help your child - a little DHA
goes a long way!!
