In the Journal of Breastfeeding Medicine  VOL 3 Number 1 2008 on pg 34 there  
is article "Methadone Maintenance and Long-term Lactation" in which women 
that were methadone-maintained had blood and breastmilk sampled up to 6 mo 
postpartum.  The abstract states "concentrations were low".

I don't have the direct link but this journal is on the web for free this month 
thanks to the publisher.
