Kathy,

Have you seen the 'blisters'  yourself? Maybe I'm way off base here, but is
there a possibility that those 'blisters' are just more pronounced
Montgomery Glands? You described that they were itchy and her PHC declined
to see them. Just a thought that crossed my mind when I read your post.
