All the wonderful folks on LN:  'Just an update and reminder...I've now
received 120 responses to the LC fee questions.  Everyone who responded will
automatically receive the results once I've finished analyzing them (I
promise).  If you have been sitting on the fence about responding, I'd still
love to have your info included.
I am collecting and analyzing the following:

type of reimbursement:  salary, hourly, fee for/per service
length of initial consult and followups (and commensurate fee)
Your education, certifications, number of years as an LC (of various levels)
Where you practice (geographically and whether in a hospital or private
practice); if a smaller area, then what is the population
How many other LCs are in the area and if you know what their reimbursement
practice is
And, any other info that you'd like to share.
