Subject: Re: human milk for wound care

I have a friend whose toddler daughter grabbed a hot pot on the stove and
burned the palms of both hands. She decided to try her own little
experiment - on one of her child's hands, she used the ointment and dressing
the doctor recommended, on the other hand she used some expressed
breastmilk. The breastmilk treated hand healed so much more quickly that
after just a few days she switched to using breastmilk on both hands. She
said the difference was quite dramatic.

Teresa,
Did this mom ever go back to the doc and show the difference?
