Brian Palmer DDS, 4400 Broadway, Ste 514, Kansas City , MO 64111-3342  spoke
at the ILCA Conference in Kansas City and he presented some interesting
information about the procedure.  There is a video available too.  I would
contact ILCA for info regarding the video.  Hope this helps,
