this is definitely not a scientific source for this ,but you may find it interesting to know that there is a widely respected Rabbi in Jerusalem that advises drinking
human milk for very sick adults(I could not find out for what exactly ,but the mothers pumping for these people were told it was a life threatening illness)
The same Rabbi tells women past their due date to drink Fresh mother"s milk(from mom up till a week postpartum I think,I hope this is accurate)
