This is probably some "rusty pipes" milk. I watch a lot of mothers using breast pumps for WIC and I frequently see bubbly foaming milk dripping down the valves. By the time it goes to the hospital for the baby, it has probably settled down in the bottle. I have see clearish colostrum and I have seen beige milk. There was the one drug that made a mom's milk come out black, but I can't remember what it was.
