Remember I asked about how "irreversible" were the irreversible effects of
cabergoline? Well, today I met a mother, a nurse, with her second baby, who
was administered two doses of cabergoline at 3 days PP. After another two
days, already at home and baby on bottles of formula, lactation was not
suppressed and she was then given 10 days of treatment with bromocriptine.
Now she is 20 days PP, still wanting to breastfeed....would it be possible?
Would the use of galactogogues and the baby's suction be able to overpower
the effects of the cabergoline?

Thanks to you all.
