I agree that iron can be a problem, but I also think that moms can be
very tense in the first few weeks and afraid to go to the bathroom
because of stitches etc.  I find personally that water is important,
also corn on the cob, and that pears either fresh or canned work well,
also nuts and stay away from all the chocolate gifts !
