The reason Amy goes "on and on" about buying in bulk, etc. is because that's
here whole gig...She supports an alternative lifestyle of thrift and believes
that the idea that you have to live on two incomes is totally untrue.  Since
bfing is approximately 1/100th of the material presented in her first book,
it's not surprising she didn't discuss it.  That's not her center msg.  I'm
sure the Kathy Lee thing was a factor.  She prefers to stay home with her six
kids and make up for the second income with her economies.  Two of her
children are twins and she bf for relatively long durations.
