Since this pool is in Philadelphia (? - kinda assuming if Marlene is a member and this has come across Nikki's desk), has anyone explored filing a complaint for violation of the Philadelphia ordinance against discrimination on the basis of breastfeeding? I understand that there is a medical question on the table and perhaps a negotiation which might resolve it, but there is so rarely a legal remedy in such cases. I hate to not consider using it.
