This group has lots of information, help locating triplet strollers at a
discount, encouragement for breastfeeding, extensive packets of written
materials for pregnancy and afterwards, a newsletter, and more.

You could also contact LLLI headquarters for referral to a leader familiar
with helping mothers of triplets in your area.  For an inspiriong story,
see if you can find a copy of the old LLL News, Vol 26, no 1, Jan-Feb 1984.
 The article is called "Three Times the Joy."  It's a cute story of one
mother's experience, however it makes everything sound a little too easy.
