Elisheva mentions common problems: Thrush ,supplements,  *false* need to
supp.  Also the idea that a little supp  won't make any difference and is
expedient.  I like the idea of  showing drs iatrogenic causes of BF
problems!   Numero Uno in my book is delay to first feed, separation of
mother and baby. Both Obs and Peds need to assume responsibility for these.
