Marketing at it's best from the pump company!  In the hospital for small amounts we use 12ml syringe with 5fr or 8fr feeding tube depending on the baby.   We use tube at the breast or tube & finger.   Occasionally we do cup feed, more for a larger amount, ex a FT baby that mom returned to OR or a blood sugar still low after nursing and expressing.
