Natalie,
Is this by any chance a "Babywise" baby? I have found that doctors may
miss some situations because they are assuming normal parental
responsiveness to baby's needs. If there is any way to find this out,
and if BW is involved, such additional information might change the
ped's perspective on the situation. The physician may need to be
educated about BW as well in order to understand the possibility of a
coerced schedule.
