really, it can;)  maybe you mean it 'shouldn't' be labelled organic,
but then that would also mean that any processed food shouldn't be
labeled organic.

in the food industry here, in terms of consumer products, organic only
means that ingredients are organically grown....there are different
'organic' labels depending on how much of the ingredients are
organic.    iirc, it has to be over 90% organic stuff in the final
product for it to be labeled 'organic'....lesser amounts of organic
ingred get designations like 'organic ingredients',  '50%' organic
ingredients' etc etc

for better or worse, that's how it is.,......
