The following are 2 posts from a lady I have been corresponding with who
is relactation for her adult child, thought you all may find this
interesting.

Cindy

Hi,
I just had to let you know, that after reading your information about
using
Fenugreek for relactation purposes I had a very successful experience..
I
have NOT nursed in 14 years, however due to recent information I have
received
about advantages of Human Milk on MD patients...I decided to relactate
myself
and administer the milk to my MD 20 year old, who has been on the
down-slide
now for a few years... Though I only produce about an ounce at a time,
by
pump, I store up the milk in one day and give it to her each morning..
We
are in hopes of having positive results in putting a halt to the
downward
slide and possibly stabilizing the progression.
THANK YOU so much for your information...and I hope others benefit
from
your information as we have.

I have been taking Nature's Way Mediterranean Fenugreek Seed 610mg
tabs......3 tabs every 4 hours (7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm and 11pm) and during
the
nite whenever I awaken to pump... I pump with a 'The First Years'
Simplicity
elec/battery dual breast pump, 10 min every 3 hours during the day and
once
during the nite, whenever I awaken. I tried taking the Blessed Thistle
earlier and it didn't seem to make a difference, however I am just now
beginning to try it again and will keep you in touch as to it's success
or
failure. In addition, worth noting, I drink at least one quart of
milk/day
and over 1/2 gallon of water/day. I am 42 and nursed my 3 children for
10
years......so I believe that my body 'feels' it to be a natural way for
me....as I have also been the type of person that since nursing my
children, I
have always had 'full' breasts during my monthly mensus... I am not
sure if
this was a factor on my ease of relactating, but thought it worth
mentioning..
Thank You again for your support and feedback...
