Another thought on the widespread rash that seemed to start under the
breasts .......... Staph?
I have seen this in breastfeeding women and wondered if they picked it up in
hospital. Do some of the spots look like pimples? Any other skin infections
or sores inside her nose?
A swab of the worst area (and from inside the nose) will confirm it.
I've just reread your post and see this has been going for 2 months, which
makes a bacterial infection less likely. Anyway, the swab may confirm
candida (and there is a type of widespread rash you can get in association
with a fungal infection - id reaction, I think)
