I know anecdotal evidence can be odious (if you're looking for evidence
based practice) But --

My youngest was born after a very,very stressful pregnancy (emotions-wise,
not particularly physical-health wise). I found I could make his
eczema-prone skin lots better if I faithfully took my nutritional yeast.  I
attributed this to the fact that both of our adrenal glands were shot after
all the stress...
To this day he (and my eczema-prone oldest) will ask for nutritional yeast
when his skin is acting up. Hmmm...come to think of it, they don't drink
much milk either...
