For our local ILCA affiliate (<A HREF="http://hometown.aol.com/lcagw2000/lcagwcover.html">LCAGW</A> ) quarterly meetings we provide speakers 
a $75 honorarium for about 1.5 hrs presentation, which seems to be 
satisfactory for the many very experienced and knowledgeable local LCs we have speak and 
for some very well known lactation celebrities who happen to be local also 
(see website).

If you ever find that you are going to be in the Washington DC area and are 
interested in speaking for LCAGW, let me know.
