Hi all. Just a few reminders. ..

One is that the list is not for mothers who need help....wonderfully, there
are a lot of lactation professionals who can help any mom who need help.
Please Do NOT refer mothers to our list for help, as that deprives the
mother of the personal, professional hands on help that she needs. She can
be referred to lactation professionals by contacting [log in to unmask], or 1
800 TELL YOU, as just two places for information.  I know there are more.
Lactnet is for professionals who need to talk with each other, and as such,
is not a resource for mothers. The archives, also, are unchecked, and
unverified. Also not an appropriate place to send mothers.

The other thing is that when we present situations to each other here,
please have responses go to you and to the list. This contributes to
fruitful discussion here on Lactnet...
