Same for Phoenix Children's Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, on E. Thomas Rd.
This is a separate hospital that employs RN-IBCLCs. 
They also have a branch in neaby Banner Good Samaritan with a Level III NICU and full Maternal-Child services.

Children's Hospital   of Philadelphia has IBCLCs on staff , I believe.  They 
also do specialized deliveries now for babies who will have major problems 
as soon as delivered (anomalies).  But the whole hospital is set up to help 
mothers maintain breastfeeding wherever in CHOP they happen to be. Pat in
