I am a hospital based LC in Pa.   I really enjoy lactnet and have learned much
about herbs and breastfeeding from many of your postings.  One of my patients
wants to take nettle for anemia.  She is breastfeeding a 4 day old infant.  Is
this advisable?  Is this herb compatible with breastfeeding?  Will this reduce
milk supply?  Can anyone suggest a comprehensive resource on Herbs and
breastfeeding?  Thanks in advance  for your help.
